Powerstroke 7.3L and 6.0L Turbo Diesel Injectors (Choose your year and injector type from the list below)

All prices are quoted to modify your existing injectors. Otherwise a $1200 core charge applies for all injector sets shipped.

Core will be refunded when your good, rebuildable cores are returned within 30 Days.

Warranty applies as follows: You must return your bad injector pre-paid for inspection.

We do not ship FREE warranty injectors.

Injectors damaged by compression washer and/or o-ring failures are NOT warranted as these conditions are caused either by pre-existing issues with injector cups and cylinder heads or by improper installation.

Severe injector plunger and barrel scoring due to prolonged fuel pressure loss or excessive fuel contamination is also not warrantable.

1999-2003 7.3L Hybrid Race Injectors. These injectors include new 5:1 ratio Plungers and Barrel's. These are used to inject more fuel while using less oil. Injection pressures are lower but still provide adequate atomization with a properly sized nozzle. 30 day warranty on all race version injectors.
